This covers a one level living space that has three double bedrooms, a double, a nice living room with fireplace and an open kitchen. These last two areas in summer are perfectly integrated with the porch, which offers plenty of space for a dining area and a living area. From here you can see the lake front, a few meters from the house; a floating dock provides a convenient dock for boats and a sunbathing area. A small beach can offer moments of relaxation and sport along a stretch of the lake shore where the clear water allows relaxing swims enjoying the unique view of Lake Maggiore.
