The house is located a short distance from the center of Arona, in the direction of Meina. Access are accomplished directly by Via Sempione, in ten-minute drive leads to Stresa.

The motorway exit of Arona is only 6 km, bringing the city of Milan, just 40 minutes from the international airport of Malpensa at 20.

The villa features architectural elements that characterize and very pleasant, the position raised above the lake basin draws a beautiful and extensive view.
