It can accommodate 4 persons Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom, private exit to the garden with the possibility of eating outside. There are two armchairs in the living room to bed. Upstairs master bedroom and bathroom with shower. The price is € 350.00 per week until the end of June. € 400.00 per week July, August € 450.00 per week. We do not provide linens. Compulsory final cleaning € 50.00. 15% down payment upon confirmation. Deposit € 200. Agency 10/15% + VAT
